| Francisco and I just wanted to let you know what an enjoyable experience buying our first home was. We really didn’t expect it to be so much fun, you made it a very stress free, simple process. After talking to so many people it was one of those things that you begin to dread, you hear so many horror stories of people being shown properties that they had absolutely no interest in, being taken to areas that they specifically said they didn’t like and on top of all that being pressured, especially if they showed the slightest interest in something!
Well I’m pleased to say that you did none of those things to us. You really took the time to listen to what our likes and dislikes were and, you took us to different properties to get exactly that right feel for what we were looking for (believe me as first time buyers our ideas kept changing – just as you said they would). We are very happy to say that we found the home of our dreams, it’s perfect, in the right kind of neighborhood, somewhere we can definitely see ourselves for a few years to come! Thank you for all your time and effort in finding us just that ‘right’ home!

I had met Candace at an open house in January 2003. Little did I know at that time that Candace would be instrumental in helping me purchase my dream home in San Jose.
Having prior purchase experience and a clearly defined set of criteria, I was reluctant to work with any realtor for fear of being pressured into buying a more expensive home which may not meet all my criteria. I had made unsuccessful offers on a few houses in San Jose on my own. With each failed offer, I became more frustrated. In a period of 4 months, Candace must have previewed over 150 houses for me and she had shown me at least 50 of those homes. With her help, I had made another 6 offers and lost out each time to higher bidders because I went against her recommendation on the offered price. What was surprising was that the house always ended up selling at the price that Candace had predicted! I finally came to my senses and made the 7th offer at the price recommended by Candace. Thanks to her quick thinking, she was able to seal the deal with the seller on the spot.
During our 8 months of working together, I had never felt pressured into buying a more expensive house, settling for a home that did not meet all my criteria or paying more for what the house was worth. Candace was very professional and she gave sound advice in every step of the way. She is a hard working realtor with integrity who knows her business well and who provides excellent service to her client. I would definitely recommend Candace even to the most demanding clients.
